  Seat was lost in transit by overseas shipper but Fairdeals worked hard trying to do everything they could to help find out where it was. Communications was excellent and in the end the shipping company was not able to find the seat and Fairdeals immediately refunded my full purchase price. Fairdesal was VERY professional, truly desirous of making things right, and I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.
